A little History
How we started
Habicom comes from the name “Habibou COMPAORE” with “HABI” for Habibou and “COM” for COMPAORE. Madame COMPAORE, born Habibou COMPAORE, was a lady with a very impressive career. She has campaigned extensively for the financial empowerment of women and girls. She started with a small business and ended up in cross-border trading. This great lady with a big heart inspired us a lot in the creation of the Association of Active Women of Burkina Faso. For her, all women and young girls must be able to fight and find a place for themselves in society to be autonomous and help in the marital home. The efforts of this Mom, my “MOTHER”, gave us the courage to move forward in entrepreneurship and to do things differently. Today the Habicom International Import – Export Company was created to pay tribute to her this company operates in Import-Export and Miscellaneous Services. it is a structure based in Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, it works in collaboration with members of the Association of Active Women of Burkina Faso in the context of cleaning construction sites, premises and catering
